Since then JCB has supplied over 50 different armed forces with more than 3,500 JCB machines. For military applications, JCB can offer machines from our commercial range (modified and unmodified) and specialised military machines that offer high levels of mobility and protection.

The JCB HMEE (High Mobility Engineer Excavator) has been designed, tested and developed using 70 years of knowledge and experience. JCB are the Number One manufacturer of the Backhoe Loader in the World, with one out of every two sold a JCB. HIGH MOBILITY FASTRAC

The JCB High Mobility Fastrac (HMF) is a hugely flexible universal logistics machine. It can haul over 24 tonnes at 88kph (55mph), with over 1 tonne of ancillary equipment (fuel or water tanks, pallets, ULCs etc.) on the rear deck.

Designed to work effectively with a wide range of attachments including backhoes, cranes and blades, the HMF’s high speed also makes it ideal for tasks like clearing snow from runways, store yards and depots.

The Fastrac is unique in offering full front and rear suspension for unparalleled ride, comfort and traction. Perfect 50-50 weight distribution and ABS brakes come as standard for controlled and safe travel too, so it can tow sensitive loads like munitions or aircraft. 4-wheel drive with differential lock provides excellent off-road performance.

CIĄGNIKI FASTRAC O WYSOKIEJ MOBILNOŚCI

JCB High Mobility Fastrac (HMF) to niezwykle elastyczna i uniwersalna maszyn logistyczna. Może ciągnąć ponad 24 tony z prędkością 88 km / h (55 mil na godzinę), z ponad 1 toną wyposażenia dodatkowego (zbiorniki paliwa lub wody, palety, ULC itp.) na tylnym pokładzie.

Zaprojektowany do efektywnej pracy z szeroką gamą osprzętu, w tym łyżki ładowarkowe, przedłużki dźwigowe i lemiesze. Duża prędkość HMF czyni go również idealnym do zadań takich jak odśnieżanie pasów startowych, placów składowych i magazynów.

Fastrac wyróżnia się pełnym zawieszeniem z przodu i z tyłu, zapewniającym niezrównaną jazdę, komfort i przyczepność. JCB backhoe loaders have a high loading capacity, combined with high tearout forces and a variety of loader attachments including sweepers and pallet forks. This makes for a versatile military machine.

JCB can offer either a power-assisted sideshift or centremount on both a 3CX and 4CX. All models are easily transportable by air; externally they can be underslung from a CH47 Chinook or internally, carried inside a C17 aircraft without preparation. The 1CX can also be transported internally in a C130.

Militarisation options for these machines include winterisation and waterproofing packages which allow a machine to start in temperatures down to -40°C . The 3CX and 4CX can wade through up to 1.5m of water. Other optional extras include weapons/bergen storage, 24V electrical systems, inter-vehicle jump start socket and a front mounted winch. JCB can provide backhoe loaders that are ready to be fitted with ballistic and blast protection.

A flexible tool carrier, the JCB Military Wheel Loader has a range of attachments and configurations to suit any application. Our wheel loaders offer superb loader performance. Several configurations are available to improve reach, tearout or fork lifting. The machine can be supplied with Z-bar linkage (ZX) for high breakout applications or high torque (HT) for parallel lifting and multi attachment work. High lift and super high lift options equip your machine for applications involving high loading heights. These wheeled loaders offer a versatile and robust solution for military applications.

This machine with its range of front-end attachments is ideal to support beach head landings. The militarised JCB can be waterproofed to a I.5m wading depth and can be supplied with a roof hatch to be used as a secondary exit.

It can also be winterised for operating in temperatures as low as -40°C. The optional front winch is ideally suited to recovery operations and snow chains can also be fitted without any reduction in the turning circle. You can specify your wheel loader for heavy-duty applications like corrosive material handling.
